# Some features will remain blocked

Hello sir/ma,

Plz my email and landing page have been suspended. It indicates that ‘ we weren’t able to verify your business information and are unfortunately unable to provide full access to the Hub spot platform. This is the final decision that cant be appealead’.

Plz I need help trying to resolve this issue

Hello @SSH1,

Unfortunately it is as it says: If it is a final decision, it cannot be appealed.

For the free tools, HubSpot uses automated systems to make sure that all users are following HubSpot’s [Acceptable Use Policy](https://legal.hubspot.com/acceptable-use)and [Terms of Service](https://legal.hubspot.com/terms-of-service). Unfortunately, as a free user, if you received a review decision from HubSpot, that decision is final.

You can still use the other tools in your account but the blocked tools would remain blocked. (Don’t shoot the messenger.)
