It would be great to be able to see and track social posts published outside of Hubspot. I’ve had to post some content manually as I needed to tag people in it (which you also can’t do on Hubspot), but I can’t see them on Hubspot and I want to add them to a campaign. Please make this possible!
I would love to be able to track the posts that aren’t published through Hubspot. If there are no plans to offer Hubspot social on a phone app, this could be the alternative for now. Right now I have to use Hootsuite for that - which is super inconvenient.
I agree…the ability to track at mentions and posts created outside of HubSpot for other platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) is huge. We have clients where Twitter isn’t their best performing social platform, so not being able to track mentions and tags for FB and IG in HubSpot is frustratrating.
