I went through the steps in the video tutorial, and am still seeing the strange grey bars on the preview image. See the attached example for a post I am trying to schedule for Twitter.
This seems to me like an issue that has just started becoming a problem, at least for my team and it’s causing a lot of backtracking and disruption to our workflow. Is there a true fix here?
