I would like to be able to track social interactions (likes, comments etc) on a per contact basis, much like you can with other engagement (email click, ad click etc). I would also want to attribute this to contact scoring. This is so we can get a complete picture a record of a contacts interactions
Agree - this seems like an obvious feature to have.
I would agree. There are lots of things I would love to be able to do if we had this visibility and it seems like an easy win given the fact that there is already a connection between social platforms and HS. I suspect the issue comes down to domain email connections as most social platforms use a personal email rather than a professional one.
I think though if it could be worked out - this would be a great newly added feature (as long as it stays within privacy regulations).
Being able to marry our contacts with their social activity, at least on our owned accounts would be huge for engagement scoring as users interact less and less with emails and forms. Common room offers something in this area.
