Hi @LMackey

I’m an Outlook user and as far as I know the # method of adding snippets is not supported by Outlook and only works when composing an email directly in HubSpot (not sure about Gamil).

To add a snippet in Outlook, I have to go via the Snippets option in the HubSpot Sales side bar.

More info: [To insert snippets in your emails using the Outlook desktop add-in](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/use-sales-tools-with-the-hubspot-sales-outlook-desktop-add-in#snippets-outlook-desktop-add-in-only)

Hope this helps.
