I love the functionality of ‘Placeholders’ in Sales Templates, but we use Snippets in a similar fashion, so I wish that we had the choice to customize Snippets in this fashion.
We just started utilizing snippets as well and would love to be able to add placeholders onto saved snippets as well. That way we can use a snippet to generate text and then have the palceholders within that snippet to remind us to change those pieces of information.
