# SMS reporting

SMS is becoming more popular and is a preferred form of communication by most now. Looks like some integration is showing up (via Ring Central Labs) into the contact activity (see screenshot).

**Missing piece:** SMS is NOT showing up in reporting. PLEASE find a way to incorporate this into reporting.
