SMS Incoming vs Outgoing Report

Hi guys,

Recently Kixie changed the SMS logging system from task to native SMS object in Hubspot. I am trying to pull a report to segment SMS sent vs received, but like task (which has task title and description) as filters…for SMS I cannot find any filter.

Can someone help me with that. It seems the SMS object properties are almost non-existant in custom reporting.

Could you tell us which subscription level you’re on?

Custom reporting for custom objects is currently only available in Enterprise accounts:
