Hello,

Is it possible to set-up SMS in sales hub or would i need marketing hub?

I run a real estate business and need mass SMS campaigns

HubSpot SMS indeed requires at least Marketing Hub Professional: Create and send SMS messages in HubSpot

If an integration is an option, you could look at Sakari SMS: HubSpot Marketplace
