In my company’s email communications, we send out marketing emails based on certain lists. While the “from” name and email address can be dependent on the contact owner, it would be great if in the Email Builder, a footer could be created that shows a company member’s photo and accompanying text based on the recipient’s contact owner, vs. basing each smart rule on a list membership.
What if, in a list, a company team member only owns one of the contacts within this list. Am I supposed to create additional lists with one contact each to accommodate the limitation of the smart rule? This creates extra work and can get confusing.
Please streamline this to match with the other personalization token features available in the marketing emails builder
