Small Business and CRM

I have interacted with few small business owners. I really think that there is a huge gap in educating small business owners to use CRM. I have seen many small business owners doing mundane tasks that can easily be automated. Also, when I say CRM they feel slightly intimadated thinking it could cost them lot of money.

You are right that education should be a key aspect of every interaction with businesses. Hubspot’s starter package is very cost effective, yet has limitations when it comes to automation. What we’ve successfully done is to get our customers started with Sales Professional as that’s the cheapest Pro Hub and we use the automation within that. Equally, depending on what the business is doing, there are ways to make even the Starter Suite working for them.

What is your role when you talk to small business owners? Are you a sales person? Are you a Hubspot consultant, i.e. in what context are you talking to them about CRM and how do you overcome the objections?

I completely understand where you’re coming from. It’s evident that there’s a significant gap in educating small business owners about the benefits of CRM. Witnessing them struggle with manual tasks when automation could save them time and effort is quite eye-opening.If you’re still searching for solutions, I recently stumbled upon the Me-Pos system, and it’s been a game-changer for many businesses. This system streamlines operations and simplifies tasks, making running a business much smoother. The best part? It’s designed to be cost-effective, so you can enjoy the benefits of CRM without worrying about breaking the bank.
