The Slack x HubSpot integration is a great tool for surfacing key updates across reports, dashboards, and marketing emails. One capability that would be especially valuable is the ability to receive Slack notifications when a contact clicks a link in a marketing email.
Currently, “Email click” notifications exist for browser/pop-up, but not for Slack. Since the Slack plugin listing notes that reports, dashboards, and marketing emails can be shared with any plan tier, it would be helpful if click engagement alerts could also be included as a native notification option in the Slack plugin.
Impact:
- Streamlined monitoring of campaign engagement in real-time
- Faster alignment between marketing and sales teams via Slack channels
- Removes dependency on workflow-based workarounds and higher plan tiers
