# slack - hubspot integration

maintaining CRM adoption and hygiene is always an uphill task for admin. I like the new slack integration and would love to see a feature whereby a rep would be able to do common CRM tasks through slack commands. Some of the common everyday tasks -

1. deal stage update,

2. contact status update,

3. mark forecast status for pipeline deals

4. Create a deal with an existing contact.

5. pull up a preconfigured contact/company view via a quick search command.
