Single-Line Text within Radio Select on Form

I’d love to have the ability to have users fill in an “other” option on radio select choices on forms! For example, users would choose one of these options in the radio select:

  • Beauty
  • Apparel
  • Sports
  • Other ________

And if they select the “other” radio select option, there would be a space for them to fill in their answer! Not all of our leads fit neatly into one category, so we’d love for them to have the option to fill it in themselves.
