Hello,

I’ve sent out a marketing email, and all of my recipients received it. However, after a few days, I decided to add follow-up emails to the simple workflow.

Will the triggered emails in the simple workflow be sent out to the recipients of the original email, even though they acted a day ago, or no?

Thank you.

Hi @LangMagic,

No, once a contact has completed a workflow, they won’t experience any additional steps you add to the workflow.

In this case, it’s best to create a list of contacts who have received email 1 but not email 2, then prepare a regular email send to that list.

Best regards!

Hi @LangMagic

Did you have any delays in your original workflow?

Once a contact has completed a workflow - you can check that in the contact activity - it does not matter what you add to the end of it, because the contact is no longer in the workflow.
