From what I understand, you would like a form for your users to fill out internally that will automatically create an order object, correct?
You can add Contact, Company, and Custom object fields to forms. Any other object properties would have to be updated with the assistance of a workflow triggered by the form submission itself.
One thing I will advise regarding a form being used internally is to be sure the form does not identify users based on their browser cookies. This could cause duplication or overwriting of submissions. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the function of the ‘always create contact for new email address’ form settings. As an additional safeguard, I always recommend having users fill out the form using an incognito or private browser window.
