Signed Quotes modify my deal amount MRR and lines items

Hi,

my deal amount is based off MRR, and i add all line items from catalog.

amount is calculated great, line items are added with quote.

But when quote is signed, it removes the line items of the quotes from the deal, change the mrr and deal amount to remove what was signed in the quote.

anyway to remove this? i don’t see it in the settings.

Hi @dmattauch,

If line items and amounts are being changed when a quote is signed, that is not an expected behavior and you should submit a support ticket.

If the amount is changing when a quote is generated but it is pulling the incorrect amount, you might want to check the deal settings for “Default Deal Amount” which will allow you to pull Total Contract Value, Annual Contract Value, Annual Recurring Revenue, Monthly Recurring Revenue or Manual Entry.

Hey Josh,

Yes everything is set with MRR being the default deal amount.

But it is changing indeed when quote is signed. Very strange. I opened a ticket.
