Hi there,

Is there a way for hubspot to send an email using my outlook signature?
It looks as though I have to copy and paste my signature into Hubspot instead, but I completely lose all the formatting and images when I do this.

I know that Yesware for example does this, it looked as though hubspot also creates the email but then adds the Outlook signature prior to sending. For some reason this is not happening for me.

Correct, adding your signature in HubSpot is the way to go.

If your formatting doesn’t carry over, it’s best to copy and paste the HTML. If you don’t have the HTML of your signature, you can try to grab it by copying your current signature into the editor on the right side here: https://html5-editor.net/ – and then copy the HTML code in the editor on the left side into HubSpot. This usually works.

Thanks for helping out again! This solution did not work for me unfortunately. It didn´t do a horrible job, but it is definitely not matching with our corporate guidelines.

Is there another way that you can recommend?

Where did you get your current signature from originally? Wherever you got it from, can that source provide the HTML?
