the browser tab title stays “Help Desk” no matter which ticket is open. With four or five tickets open across tabs, agents can’t tell them apart — every tab reads identically. Ticket record pages set the title to the ticket name, so the behavior already exists elsewhere in the product. Would be great to see the workspace do the same.
