Please let admins separate:
- who can edit a property value
- from who can edit the property’s instructions/documentation
We also need property instructions to appear where users actually enter data — especially in required field popups, such as when moving a deal to Closed Won.
Ideal experience
A user should be able to:
- see the instructions
- edit the property value
- not edit the instructions themselves
This would improve data quality, reduce confusion, and make required fields much more useful in real workflow
