If a customer visits a page 5 times, we would like to email them with a coupon code and the product image from the page they viewed.
Setting up the trigger and email is not problem. Question: is there a way to embed the product image from the page they viewed into the email (much like the abandoned cart email)
To create a product library, start by using HubSpot’s automation tools to set up a trigger that sends an email when a customer visits a specific page five times. This can be achieved through workflows that monitor page views, ensuring an email is triggered when the number of page views exceeds four. While creating your email, you can add a product module, which allows you to dynamically include product images and details directly from your product library. You can also customize which products appear based on the customer’s behavior. Ensure that the images in your product library are in supported formats (.png, .jpg, .gif) to guarantee they display correctly in emails. Additionally, consider including fallback text or a link to the product page in case the images do not load for some recipients.
Best regards!
