When an admin creates a association label they can also define what the internal name should be. This is used in integrations. But when the association label has been created there is no way to see the internal name. The only way is to use APIs.
I would like the internal name to show in the listing of association labels.

gosh.. such a simple thing and not there.. This is rly stupd that we cant even adjust layouts when viewing List of properties and add Internal Name.
The same when creating Property - there should be this field where I can specify this Internal Name (or call it Api name like in Salesforce). It happens that I am blocked when creating new property because there is already such field with that Internal Name, but then I have to look for it manually..
