When using the sales extension in Outlook, it’s great that you can use the email templates already set up in HubSpot. It would be even better if these templates displayed in their folder so they could be located quicker.
This is absolutely needed for those using Outlook. I’m working on adding our implementation team’s email templates into HubSpot, and I separated them out into folders specific to our various products to keep it organized. But without the folders, I get instances like this in Outlook. Two templates that happen to have the same name but are in different folders. I keep having to add more and more to the template naming convention to make it even remotely possible to find the right one.
