Show email/ call activity by deal stage

Hi, I am using the free version and I’d love to create a report where I see the the following:

  • Emails sent by deal stage
  • Calls by deal stage

Example:

This report shows me “deals totals by stage” which is fine. If I want to know how many emails or calls I have done by each deal stage ---> how is this report created?

Hi @AFerrufino,

This type of report can only be created in Professional or Enterprise portals with the custom report builder. This would be a cross-object report across Deals and Activities. In the free version of HubSpot, this is not possible, unfortunately.

In the free version of HubSpot, reports are limited to the report library (Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library).
