We use Views to get visibility into tickets for different teams, service delivery requests, etc.
Currently, we need to click into each View to see the number of tickets in the View.
We would like to see the count of tickets in each view on the tab itself to make it easier to understand the distribution of tickets.
+1. We use views to filter between different type of tickets and reps need to click into each view to see the count of tickets that match the view criteria. It’d be extremely helpful to see this improved.
Add us to the list needing this. Again, wehat I would consider a basic CRM feature ismissing in HubSpot. Without counts on the tab, we need to click every tab to see if tere are actually any tickets meetin gthe criteria.
Our Sales Team could certainly benefit from this too! Having to toggle between multiple Views is not efficient and having the count appear would be extremely helpful.
It would be great if we can see the ticket count and/or new ticket notifications within the tabs of ticket views, instead of toggling back and forth periodically.
