I have just found out that when someone reschedules a meeting with hubspot they can pick a new date and time but then they are taken to a form that asks for their contact information. You can not complete the form because the information has already been submitted… but the person filling in the form can’t see said information!! This will most likely result in people cancelling out of the process because they are unable to complete it, which is an unhelpful customer experience.
Please can you make the prefilled contact information visible? thanks.
