In our organization we have several key accounts and it is impossible to have one company created that would cover it all just for the sake of having all the info under target account in HS. I’d say that intergation of data from parent-child relationships with target account feature is crucial.
And yes, account mapping is a very nice tool we use internally, but it is displaying one account map at a time and it is impossible to have an overview on all key accounts with all the info at the same time.
Upvoted - we are considering the elimination of Salesforce. Right now Salesforce’s way of displaying the Parent/Child hierarchy is the gold standard. I’m hoping to find a way to replicate it within Hubspot.
This would be SOOOOO helpful in a lot of scenarios for companies out there. We are working with municipalities and public schools are organized as child companies. Would love to utilize the Target account functionalities where we can mark the municipalities as target accounts and see all the activities from the primary schools summed up there.
upvoted - coming from Account Based Marketing we would love to have this functionality. And by the looks of it so does the rest of the Hubspot community.
PS love the extra addons @Dan1 , thanks for sharing !
Same here - Clients are organized in diversified company groups. The target account feature is a great idea, but pointless when I have to add every single subsidiary to it. Please summarize the data for each parent, including all their child companies.
When do you think is this feature coming?
This is a critical feature…I would have thought it would have been implemented in the meantime (4 years), but not.
The parent/child relationship in target accounts is a MUST-HAVE feature to compete with Salesforce.
One must be able to see the aggeregate data of all children companies related to one single parent target account.
Hubspot is great, but you can’t afford to not have this basic sales functionality.
Thank you
