Creating on behalf of a customer:
Currently, after a quote has been paid the downloaded quote is not updated to reflect the “Paid” status. This contrasts the information stated on the Quote Details page HubSpot and quote link which can be confusing.
I just came to this same realization…and was told this is the expected behavior. Would be nice to sese BOTH as “paid”.
looking at the said quote in hubspot it shows paid - in green.
when it’s downloaded as a pdf, the quote shows pay now greyed out.
