Should I leave One Trust for Hubspot cookie banner?

Hi @SFornasier ,

It is possible to use HubSpot’s built-in cookie banner, but it may not fully replace third-party services like OneTrust or Cookiebot, depending on your specific needs. External services often offer advanced features, such as more comprehensive consent management and additional integrations, which HubSpot’s built-in cookie banner may not provide. Additionally, if you are currently using the Cookiebot integration, please note that you won’t be able to use HubSpot’s cookie policies simultaneously.

HubSpot’s cookie consent banner cannot track all cookies. It can block some HubSpot cookies, but not all of them. Necessary cookies, for example, will still be dropped regardless of the cookie banner settings. The banner can also block cookies from integrations like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, but only if those integrations are used through HubSpot. However, HubSpot cannot automatically block cookies from scripts you manually place on the page, which may be a limitation if you’re using custom code.

For more details, I recommend you to refer to the following resources and decide based on your specific requirements whether it’s the right fit for you,
