Hi, we have a sales campaign going out on behalf of an individual, we would like them to be able to see who has opened it and who has clicked etc like we do when looking at the emails individually and can see the information.
We obviosuly have more permissions than them. Is there anyway to do this whether it be via dashboard or emails inividually.
Thank you!
Rayne
Hi @RHeinze,
The short answer is: If you want to send system emails (notifications, reports, exports etc), the recipients must be HubSpot users. There is no way around that. You can auto-forward the email sent to a HubSpot user to more people (via auto-forwarding in Gmail, Outlook etc) and you can also set up users as aliases (e.g. sales@yourcompany.com), but the recipient must be a HubSpot user.
Unfortunately, there is no way to generate an email or notification that simply has an Excel file which lists which contacts have opened or clicked each email. This simply does not exist at the moment.
You would have to leverage the custom report builder and marketing email data sources to approximate what you’re looking for: Create reports with the custom report builder
Once you have your reports, you can set up recurring emails from a dashboard or report, and also choose to send the raw report data as an attached spreadsheet rather than visual email: Share or export reports and dashboards
If you specifically want the over like the one you mentioned, per email, it’s honestly easier to simply export the email performance information and manually drop that into a Sharepoint, Google Drive etc. It would require manual steps but be exactly what you’re looking for – short from just giving sales users access to marketing emails.
Best regards!
