Is there a way to send out a reocurring dashboard send by team, and not just individual? We have Data Hub, and I know I can figure this out via workflow, but I feel like there should be a way inside of the manage reocurring email option that I am not seeing. Has anyone else come across this?

Regardless of Data Hub or not, this is currently not possible, no. Other users have however requested this before in the ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Share-dashboards-to-user-groups/idi-p/1082296

If you’ve got a few reports that absolutely need to go to the whole team regularly, you could pull just those specific reports into Google Sheets with something like Coefficient from HubSpot App Marketplace and schedule email / slack alerts from there. Not suggesting you rebuild your entire dashboard - just those 2-3 critical ones where team sharing is a must. It’s an extra step, but once it’s set up it runs automatically.
For everything else, we are stuck for now. Hope HubSpot adds the feature soon.
