# Shared Draft for Help Desk Users and Teams

**HubSpot Helpdesk should have: Draft Management & Sharing Ability** that allows HubSpot users to:

1. Save **individual user drafts.**
2. Share drafts with specific users and/or teams thru shared links or user tagging.
3. Collaborate on drafts quality checking before sending.
4. Promote high-quality drafts into reusable templates or snippets.

This will enable our organization to perform quality control on important emails before they are sent to clients, following a Draft → Shared → Approved workflow.
