COntact form is my favourite.
I prefer the form that helps auto-complete the address and allows me to type manually the DOB.
The form without Captcha may be convenient for users.
Creative mobile contact form
This contact form sets a friendly and approachable tone from the start. The form is kept simple, asking only for the essentials, which makes reaching out feel effortless. The bright, inviting button at the bottom adds a pop of color, guiding users naturally toward completing their message.
Overall, it’s designed to make users feel acknowledged and valued, creating a smooth experience that’s easy to engage with and leaves a positive impression.
I tried to add an image but the web didn’t allow it.
I think Amazon does a great job with their form. I believe going simple for your customers is the best way to gain more leads and success. Having a short contact form with only four boxes/fields or less than four is the best practice. The shorter fields the better for customer experience.
i like contact form
My favvorite form I have come across is glossier because of how clever they layer it in with the buying expierence in their website.
I always prefer blank templates that I can build from scratch based on my specific needs — I’m an incurable minimalist!
My favorite webform is on this site: Robby Leonardi | hey@rleonardi.com Extremely creative and well done! ![]()
Im likec Amazon’s order form on their complete purchase page. Most of the information is autofilled after first purchase and it is easy to change method of funding.
I think form has to be tailored based of the ads, customer, or campaign based related - so blank form would be ideal.
Eventbrite’s event registration form. Only asks for name, email, and ticket type to reduce friction,Saves time by using Google or social login, uses phrases like “Register Now” or “Get Your Ticket” and works seamlessly on phones and tablets.
I never thought about forms until this course. I will keep my eyes open in the future and seek to make forms that get attention. One thing I do love is when a form is short and requires little information from me! Those are the best. So now I know, quick and colorful is the goal!
I never put much thought into it before but after watching the video I guess I’d have to say registration form, I like when I first sign up for something I’m excited about or a payment form, who doesnt like to shop lol.
From my own personal experiences, my favorite forms come from Amazon. From the purchase forms that allow you to autofill past information from previous purchases within seconds, to the forms that allow you to rate your delivery. I feel that Amazon has done an amazing job with their forms, by simply keeping simple and efficient.
Where Volunteers Are Most Needed | Second Harvest? - form to sign up for volunteer shift at Second Harvest. I find it easy and transparent to understand and fill up because the form design is simple.
I really like Alpha lion’s form as it recozniges my data and knows my information and what I have purchased previously. They also keep it simple and effective!
I like the form which has minimal fields to fill in
This was interesting:
I like the forms that have auto-fill enabled.
When using Google Chrome, autofill is king. On that same note, Google account forms are fairly easy to complete.
