Share customer contact information in internal email

Hello,

I am building a workflow and I am wondering if I can include the contact information (primary contact email and phone number) in an automated internal email?

An email is sent to other staff notifying them of the new deal and I am wondering if I can also include the allocated primary contact and their email and phone number so the staff being notified do not have to open up hubspot to access it.

Eg. ‘Deal Name’ has been sent welcome email. Please contact ‘Contact name’ using ‘email’ and/or ‘phone number’ with next steps.

Yes, you can – HubSpot hides this information very well however

(If there is definitely only one associated contacts, the above settings don’t matter. If you have multiple associated contacts, ideally you pick an association label that corresponds to the primary one. You must choose the contact here because HubSpot cannot on its one at the time of sending the notification.)
