Custom reports within dashboards cannot currently be shared via email in an excel format. Would love to see this feature updated and enhanced in this way… especially when the reports are just basic tables.
Right now, the only work around we’ve found is exporting the individual reports separately… which kind of defeats the purpose of us building them into a dashboard.
(and yes, we’ve considered making the dashboard view-only, however we have 70+ stakeholders who would need access and coordinating this is beyond the scope of what we’re trying to do)
HubSpot allows you to create two types of report, 1 is single object builder and 2nd Custom object
In Single object builder, we can create report using single object i.e Deal, Contact or Company and same can be downloaded in excel format if shared via email. The limitation here is we can’t apply "Or"operator filter here while configuring the report.
When its come to Custom object report, We can apply filters in report using “Or” operator but it cant be downloaded in excel format if shared via email.
Both the report have their own limitations, which needs to address on Priority.
