I have created a contact dashboard with all the relevant columns that we would like to review for each contact. How do I share this with everyone in my hubspot license, dynamically. Such that any change I make as the admin gets reflected in everyones dashboard copy.

Dynamic sharing of dashboards that updates reflect in everyone’s view is possible across all HubSpot plans. However, certain sharing features, like sharing with specific users or teams and setting access levels (view-only or edit), depend on your subscription type. For example, the ability to share dashboards with specific users or teams is available on Enterprise plans. That said, you can still share dashboards with all users in your account on any plan.
As an admin, any changes you make to a shared dashboard will automatically reflect for all users who have access. Updates such as adding, removing, or editing reports will be visible to everyone viewing the dashboard. Additionally, you can track changes through the activity log in the Dashboard settings if needed.
