Setup for Webmail User (not MS of Google Suite user) on Windows and Mac

My company uses a web hosting solution that comes with Roundcube webmail using cPanel and CalDav (for calendars).

Both directors of the business are Mac users and they have no issues with emails or CalDav calendars.

I use Windows and I have been struggling to get my CalDav calendar to sync to the (old) Outlook Desktop app so I can use the (old) Outlook Desktop sales extension. I am using the ‘CalDav Synchronizer’ plugin sync my calendar to the Outlook app but it’s not very user friendly. I am struggling and it looks like Hubspot meetings won’t work with CalDav at all.

I can’t use Outlook (New) because the Hubspot sales extension isn’t supported.

I can’t use Outlook on the web (OWA) because there is no sales extension.

I am strugglin to understand if a browser extension could help here.

What are my options to get setup? I don’t want to have to work across mutliple apps and multiple tabs in browser? Would upgrading to a paid license help? Is there a setup for my Directors who use Mac?

To my knowledge there is not currently a native CalDav intergation available for HubSpot, and I can see why you are having a tough time trying to get things to work using the Old Outlook desktop tool.

I would suggest upvoting this Idea to provide CalDav support. Additionally, there do appear to be some third party apps available that would allow you to integrate CalDav and HubSpot, like this one from LeadsBridge.
