Currently I like how you can organize workflows into “folders”. I have created several landing pages, and found it very tedious scrolling through as it grows. Would be very helpful to add a folder creation feature, for the landing page section in the HubSpot application.
I agree. It’s surprising this functionality hasn’t been added to the website and landing page editor.
Taking this a step further, it would be great if there were an option toggle to have the folder enforce subfoldering in the URL of the landing page. Similar to how the blog listing pages work, but for Landing Pages.
Landing pages can become a free-for-all if there is not a strict company process in place to ensure the URLs are properly subfoldered when they are built out. This leads to the top level of the site URL hierarchy being clogged up with landing pages when SEO best practice would be to have only the most important site pages at this level.
An on/off setting for the folder determining whether to auto-include landing pages in the XML Sitemap, would be the icing on the cake! I have lost count of the portals I’ve seen where the landing pages are not indexed on search engines because the owners did not know they had to be manually added to the XML sitemap when the pages were built out.
This is exactly what I was looking for, and you’re confirming it’s then not possible. I agree with all your excellent points.
