Hoping someone can help. I’m trying to setup my DNS with Crazy Domains. There’s no instructions or previous posts I can find that help.
I’ve put the A and CNAME data from Hubspot into my DNS settings on Crazy Domains. When I click verify on Hubspot, nothing happens - it just says ‘Checking your records…’ and then returns back to the same page. The host on Hubspot is defaulted as ‘@’. Should that be my website name on Crazy Domains?
I’ve given it some time and still my site won’t appear. I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out - driving me nuts!
In your HubSpot account click the settings icon in the main navigation bar go to domains and URL in the left sidebar under primary domains on the right side of website pages click show DNS records :
And confirm whether your DNS records are the same that you have added under your domain name provider settings
