I would like to use HubSpot to send automatic notifications to our clients about any changes to our service with them.
Does anyone here have any experience with setting up something like this?
I was thinking of creating a workflow which would be triggered when the relevant deal property has been changed. Once it has been triggered, it would send a marketing email to the client which would contain a series of personalised tokens.
The issue with the above plan is it requires Marketing Pro. Is there a way to do this or something very similar without upgrading?
Hey @HRich at the moment workflows is exactly what you need to achieve this, you would likely want transaction emails too. Workflows is the main automation tool within HubSpot so is that is used to automate email sends in the system. There’s not really any workarounds for this, if the pricing for workflows isn’t suitable for your business, it might be worth looking into another email automation system such as mailchimp, to try set these up and integrate when with HubSpot!
