Setting up an external email address to use for tracking within Hubspot

Hey Everyone,

Looking for some help here! I am trying to set up a team member’s email address so that they can send/receive emails for my company within Hubspot.

I have a new domain and a new email address set up for them with external hosting with Namecheap. It looks like I can’t get tracking / inside Hubspot send/receive capability on Namecheap servers and it’s not possible to use other servers with Namecheap. Has anyone got any information on which platforms it would be compatible to host this external email address so that it can function within Hubspot for tracking? I don’t want to use gmail as it’s a domain name email address.

You can track emails with the HubSpot Sales Extension for Gmail, Office365, or Outlook email clients.
