When sending an email using the HubSpot Extension, you can choose what records to log the activity to. It would be helpful to have a setting to hide any non-primary associated companies from appearing in the log list.
For example, this contact was at Holland & Knight but is now at Sheppard Mullin. We’re automatically logging emails to the primary company, but the other company still appears here with the option to log to it.
We’ve had issues with users logging emails to multiple companies. It would be nice to have a setting to only be able to log to the primary company/companies.
