I am new to HubSpot and came from OnContact. In OnContact, we had the ability to set contacts as favorites if we dealt with them a lot to avoid the hassle of finding them every time. Does anyone have any idea how we can do this?

There is no default feature for this but it can be set up easily.
First, you’d create a custom property, single checkbox, ‘Favorite contact’: Create and edit properties
The you can either create a list filtering or contacts where this is checked (Menu > Contacts > Lists) or a filtered view (Menu > Contacts > Contacts > Advanced filters + Save view).

Is there a way to make this show in the mobile app because I know I’ve messed with lists and it does not show as an option or a category in the app. Thank you!

Yes, saved filtered views can be accessed via a drop-down (“All contacts”) in the contacts section of the mobile app.
