Hi, It would be great if an admin or individual users could set a default Call type for all calls. It’s extra manual work e.g. for a sales representative to choose the Call type ‘Sales’ for a sales call every time they call. Instead, a default Call type could be set as ‘Sales’ and if they were to make another type of a call, they would choose that instead. Thanks. ---

absolutely, I’m calling the person a couple of times a day/week so either: - let us create templates (i.e. not answered sales call (all fields pre-filled) to mark it at the time it is logged) - or let us duplicate already existing calls if I logged once, I could just duplicate the previous one the next times so I don’t need to pick every time - call outcome, type, direction… this is the very basic thing to improve, please prioritize this, after 2 years nothing seems to have changed! ---

This would be a great feature - particularly if we could set up a default call type by a user permission set. Otherwise it’s difficult to have sales reps complete this accurately for every call they make. ---

This would be amazing, especially if you could set a default call type per type of user, so that sales defaults to a sales call, onboarding defaults to their call type, and support… so forth and so on. 🙂 ---

I totally agree with this opinion!!! Want to set call type per type of user!
