It would be convenient if we could customize the standard view of a specific list for all that way when they enter the list view they see the pertinent information related to the list with the option to further edit the view based on their personal preference, I guess similar to that of the profile left side view but independent of each list.
This is needed!! Our sales teams do not know how to (and do not want to) customize lists themselves.

Standardized views not being possible keeps us more often than not working outside of the CRM - especially the C levels.
