With Christmas falling on a Monday this year it would be nice to have this feature already.
Please!!
Our team would like to be able to set blackout dates for holidays and other one off days that come up. Is there any progress with development?
Being able to set blackout days is crucial for ensuring our marketing efforts are both respectful and effective. It’s not just about avoiding email sends on major holidays, but also about recognizing our global audience’s diverse important dates. Plus, this feature could help maintain healthy engagement rates by preventing emails from being lost in a holiday shuffle. I’m really hoping to see this become part of HubSpot’s intuitive features!
this is currently only rolled out for workflows
but not in sequences
Please!

Really need this @hubspot
Hi team! Im wondering if there is any progress on this? I had emails go out on Memorial Day…
As well, is there a way to note when a customer replies to an email with an OOO message - then updating the sequence accordingly? It’s imperative
I cannot BELIEVE I still have to ask my team to pause all their sequences the day before Thanksgiving and resume the sequences the day after Thanksgiving. This is a basic functionality that should be implemented ASAP -- I don’t want 200 emails going out on Thanksgiving or Christmas
Checking in on this years later… Do we have the ability to blackout holidays/unwanted business days for sequences yet?
This is essential to our business and many others, so I would imagine this should be fixed by now, but I don’t see anything. Thank you.
I would love the ability to customise Business Days for our business. This has been a feature request since 2017, so why are we still asking for it?
