Hi @emmaboyd we’re still actively working on the tangential projects that will make this one possible. We don’t have a good timeline but expect to have those other projects done by the end of the year, after which we would be entirely ready to tackle this project.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to give an end of year update as we’ve been getting lots of requests for this feature. As we stand, our original estimate is still on track. The related features we needed to finish before starting on this associations request are due to be completed mid January. Once that goes into Beta, we’ll work in parallel to both incorporate public feedback, as well build out functionality related to associations within Workflows.
We’ll likely post a link to the January Beta in this thread so unless we have delays, expect great news early 2023

Since I last posted in this thread I’ve changed companies and one of the first things I learn about the HubSpot setup in my new job is that we sorely need this functionality. So hearing that it’s on the horizon is great. 
I’m trying to create a workflow that also checks when the Association Label has changed. For example, I need to clear a date field on a Contact if the previous Association Label is no longer current. In Salesforce we’d use a formula called ISCHANGED but I can’t seem to find the equivalent here - or at least not relating to Association Labels.
Fully agree, this would be game changing!
The latest update says Mid-Janurary we’d see a beta. Well, here we are! I have an urgent need for this. Fingers crossed the beta rolls out asap…
