It would be beneficial having a default template when creating emails from deals or tickets. It is time consuming to search and apply everytime a template, knowing that most of the times we use one basic/standard template ---

Agreed. I’ve just been talking to support about the same thing. It’s a pain to manually select a template every time. The point of templates is automation and it’s not automated. ---

It would also be an added value for us. We use the ticket system and respond to dozens of emails every day. We have to search for the basic template every time we want to start a ticket, which is a waste of time. Since we have multiple employees across multiple countries who each respond in their own language, it would be useful if each employee could individually designate a template as their default.
