Hi all,
I wanted to add the Sessions and New Contacts reports (Social Media ] Analyze) to my dashboard. Is there a reason why there is no “Save report” option? Am I missing something?
Cheers,
Kevin
Hi @KHannahCX,
You’re not missing anything (obvious), no. I see multiple ways to work around this:
- HubSpot dashboards let you embed pages (Actions > Add external content > Other content). This would embed the entire social media analytics page (scrollable) in your dashboard. Not ideal and a bit meta but it works.
- You can add a text box to your dashboard to simply link to the social media analytics page. Not perfect but at least users won’t forget about it then.
- With a Professional subscription, you can crab the Sessions report from the Menu > Reports > Analytics tools > Traffic analytics. For some reason, it can be saved here.
- With a Professional subscription, you can create the new contacts from social media yourself: Under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report, visualize Create date, Count of contacts and Original source. Optionally, set a filter to only show Original source “Paid social” and “Organic social”.
In other words: suboptimal options without Professional, easy to fix with Professional.
Hope this helps!
