# ServiceHub certification

I am trying to complete my ServiceHub certification but am unable to complete a practical exercise without a free trial. Can that be granted?

If you want a free trial you would want to click your company name in the top right\>account & billing\>subscription tab\>click upgrade service hub if you haven’t used it already there will be a try 14 day trial button you can click.
